KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, seeks a Sales Lead for Store 0600-Houston Galleria-Chico's-Houston, TX. You will supervise the team, model customer-focused service, and support leadership tasks to maintain hospitality and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience. Flexible evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (open/close).
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Provide scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support inventory, cash handling, and merchandise replenishment.
