Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to enhance the patient experience in our stores. This role requires at least 12 months of optical experience and a commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will guide customers through their eyewear journey with knowledge and care, ensuring their needs are met. Pay Class: Part Time
Pay: $14.70 - 17.29 per hour
The Role:
A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is knowledgeable about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. The Sr. OS guides patients/customers through the Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold way. A Senior Optical Specialist has at least 12 months of prior optical industry experience.
The SR. OS maintains license requirements per state guidelines and dispenses eyewear in states where licensed.
