Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Lead located in Bethesda, MD at Fabletics. The Retail Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

• Strong Product Knowledge
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in retail or sales roles
• Knowledge of active lifewear and fashion trends is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior management experience ( 1-2 years minimum)
• Must be able to work 20-29 hours max , with Open Availibility
• Fashion/Apparel experience is a plus

Position Pay: $19-$20.50 and hour
