Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a retail team member to greet guests, assist with purchases, and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will support merchandising, help customers find items, and ensure smooth checkout experiences in a fast-paced store setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional guest service across our 100+ locations. Training and safety protocols are part of the everyday duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift per safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver excellent guest experience.
• Display a professional, friendly attitude with guests.
• Transition products to the sales floor with accuracy and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately with guests.
