Store - S.ANT-ALAMO QUARRY, TX

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support various operational tasks.

  1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
  2. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout; handle cash transactions per standards.
  3. Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
  4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  5. Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
  7. Complete merchandise recovery, returns, and store recovery to ensure an attractive, stocked store.
  8. Support store in-stock optimization and advertising duties.
  9. Support shrink and safety programs.
  10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
  11. Interact respectfully with colleagues and promote a positive image.
  12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, lifting heavy items, and working nights, weekends, and outdoors as needed.
