Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor readiness and cleanliness.
• Assist with in-store price changes (regular price, clearance, sale items).
• Execute nightly recovery of departments, fronting shelves, and cleaning.
• Train on cash register functionality and assist running a cash register when needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets and visual display maintenance.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program to customers.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm loyalty initiatives.
