Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Floor Associate in Union City, TN. You will provide a friendly, efficient shopper experience, handle POS transactions, and support merchandising and store readiness throughout your shift.

You’ll help maintain a clean, organized store, assist customers, and follow safety and cash-handling procedures. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and aligns with Goodwill’s mission of Changing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as needed in a retail environment; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service and process POS transactions while keeping checkout areas organized and welcoming.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑merchandised sales floor and assist customers with locating products.
