Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an excellent customer experience and support cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e‑commerce fulfillment. You will educate customers about ClubBev and the Gopuff App, and help drive sales with product recommendations.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, order picking/packing, and maintaining store and warehouse standards. Full‑time, on‑site role in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e‑commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Communication: Provide the required information concisely and unambiguously.
• Driving Results: Motivate others to meet and exceed goals with clear standards and feedback.
• Process Management: Contribute to a more effective and adaptable workflow.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work interdependently to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision‑making.
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising and e‑commerce operations; recover the store and complete tasks.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and training to make product recommendations.
• Provide customers with solutions, including substitutions or special orders when applicable.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers; ensure accuracy of picked/packed items.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
