Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service–oriented retail associate for our client in Wisconsin. You will provide outstanding service, process sales orders, and help the store meet its goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires being 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and a high school diploma or equivalent. One year of customer service or sales experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with opening and closing, inventory, and loss

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
