Job summary

RoShay Services in Tennessee is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to be a primary contact for customers and ensure a positive, efficient shopping experience.

You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the cash register, handle transactions, stock and rotate products, build attractive displays, clean floors and common areas, set up sidewalk displays, and support the Store Manager to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operating the cash register, processing transactions, and providing change.
• Stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves.
• Building merchandise displays to attract customers.
• Maintaining store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Helping set up sidewalk displays.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Store Manager to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
