What you'll be doing day to day
You’ll optimize the IKEA shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and long-term profitability in line with department goals, analyzing and acting on commercial opportunities, managing product availability, and responding to customer feedback. You will oversee the selection, onboarding, and development of co-workers, collaborate with various partners to optimize sales, ensure the team has product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience, monitor market trends, and foster an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and diversity.

• 5 years of experience managing, leading, and developing people in a retail, customer-centric environment.

The full salary range for this role is $69,639 - $100,700.
