Shentel is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative (Finance) to connect people with reliable internet solutions in our stores. This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based earnings, with paid onboarding and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

You'll engage with customers face-to-face, handle inbound and outbound calls, and guide them to the best Shentel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to upsell and explain internet solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

In this customer-facing role, you'll engage with customers in the Shentel store and by phone, helping them understand their options and choose services that fit their needs. You'll serve as a trusted guide, a problem solver, and a brand ambassador for Shentel in the community.

What You'll Do
