Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative to meet face-to-face with customers at partner retail locations. In this role, you will engage with customers, review energy options, and help them choose plans that fit their needs while delivering a positive customer experience.

No prior energy experience is required; training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a local, team-oriented environment.

We work with several well-known big-box retailers throughout the local area, helping customers understand the energy options available for their homes.

Previous energy experience isn't required. We're looking for friendly, motivated people who communicate well and enjoy helping others.

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Commission

• Guaranteed hourly pay
• Commission opportunities based on performance
• Typical on-target earnings (OTE): $55,000–$65,000 annually
• Additional earning potential for strong performers
