Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet customers, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming shop in West Jefferson, NC. You will rotate stock, assist with pricing and stocking donations, and support team members in delivering great service.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to provide friendly service to customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to perform different store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cash Register/Customer Service.
• Store appearance: Rotating stock, tidying and continually keeping the store looking its best.
• Cross-training in Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; lifting up to 50 pounds.
