Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring at the West Jefferson store to greet customers and support a friendly, efficient shopping environment. You will handle the cash register, assist customers, and help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays.

The role requires a team player with a positive, dependable attitude and the ability to work various hours, including evenings and weekends. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings and weekends; store hours are Mon-Sat 10am–8pm, Sun 11am.
• Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash register and provide customer service.
• Store appearance: rotating stock, tidying and keeping the store looking its best.
• Cross-training in Receiving, pricing and stocking donations.
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
