Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is hiring for a friendly front-of-house associate in Auburn, ME. You'll greet customers, operate the register, stock and refresh merchandise, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Pay ranges from $15.25 to $17.00 per hour (DOE). Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; background checks are part of the process. Benefits include health, PTO, retirement plan, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive demeanor required to create a welcoming store environment.
• Able to perform basic math and literacy tasks for transactions and duties.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must pass a criminal background check as per agency standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs frequently.
