The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused store associate at the Sierra Store in Selma, TX. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure accurate checkout and change handling to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stock preparation, store recovery, safety, and adherence to company standards. The role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced retail environment.
