Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a friendly retail associate for our Largo Outlet Store to greet customers, process sales, and maintain an inviting sales floor.

You will ring up purchases, assist with returns, stock and merchandise to visual standards, and support floor moves while delivering great service in a fast-paced environment at our on-site location. This role requires a positive attitude, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift license may be required for select retail team members.

Responsibilities

• Ring up sales and returns using POS terminals and process payments.
• Greet customers, sell merchandise and assist on the sales floor.
• Merchandise sales floor and assist with floor moves to maintain visual standards.
• Ticket, stock and merchandise to visual standards; maintain designated work area.
