Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site Retail Store Team Associate for the Largo Outlet Store. You will greet customers, ring up sales, and assist with merchandising while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Additional duties include stocking, floor presentation, and providing excellent customer service to drive sales, with opportunities for company discounts and benefits as part of the total

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 40 lbs.
• A forklift license may be requested for some team members.

Responsibilities

• Ring up sales and returns using POS terminals and handle payments.
• Greet, sell and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Merchandise the floor and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Maintain presentation standards and stock as needed.

• The Retail Store Team Associate supports HSN, and helps facilitate store operations by assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Largo Outlet Store daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Ring up sales and returns using POS terminals, handle credit card charges and cash transactions along with accompanying detail.
• Greet, sell and assist customers on sales floor.
• Merchandise sales floor/assist with floor moves.
• Ticket, stock and merchandise sales floor to visual standards.
• Maintain designated work area for housekeeping and presentation purposes

What You'll Bring
