JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Denver-area location. You will help shape store success and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities include enhancing the customer journey, driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with the team to uphold safety and standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance while following policies and safety rules.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to procedures.
