Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Retail Sales/Custom Framing Manager to lead a team of framers and deliver high quality framing solutions. You will coach staff, drive custom framing sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include managing SOP adherence, planning workload, inventory control, shrink and safety programs, and acting as MOD. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on coaching in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum type of experience required: basic computer skills.
• Preferred: previous custom framing experience.
• Preferred: retail management experience and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers, building customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and deliver framing solutions on time.
• Assist customers in creating framing options and solutions.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
