What to Expect: On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly schedules planned 2 weeks in advance. Flexibility and openness to change are key to staying current with evolving tech and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no experience? We’ll provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation and Benefits: Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour, plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Our uncapped commission structure allows top performers to earn over $62,460 annually. Starting salary within this range depends on location, experience, and education.
