What to expect:

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options with your drive and passion for helping people.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment by staying current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no experience? We’ll provide training and coaching to help you succeed!

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.43 - $23.47 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if sales goals are met. Overachievers can earn up to $62,460 annually with uncapped commissions. Starting salary depends on location, experience, and training.
