Job summary

AT&T in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our on-site team. On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and help them select devices, services, and accessories.

You’ll also participate in community events, fulfill online orders and reach daily sales targets with uncapped commission. The role offers full-time hours, a 40-hour week, a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with consultative sales, guiding them through options and helping select devices, services and accessories.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Participate in community events and work a schedule that includes weekends to meet customer needs.
