Job summary

AT&T in Santee, CA is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to connect customers with the right devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach, support online orders, and engage with the local community to drive sales.

The role requires flexibility with a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community by participating in events, fulfilling online orders and making outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks' advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
