AT&T retail team in Boston, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers through personalized sales guidance. You’ll guide shoppers through options on devices, services, and bundles, with a goal of meeting sales targets and earning commissions.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with training provided if you’re new to sales. This fast-paced role rewards flexibility, customer focus, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities
