Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Plano, TX. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach, assist with events and online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

The role requires availability 9am–9pm, including weekends; you’ll be scheduled with monthly seniority-based planning and receive tools, training and coaching to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
