AT&T in Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Retail Sales Consultant. Earn between $16.17 and $20.31 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if goals are met. Uncapped commissions mean top performers can reach over $62,460 per year.

You’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls. Schedule is 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedule updates.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
