Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Waco, Texas. On the sales floor you’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, help them explore devices and services, and strive to meet sales targets with uncapped commissions.

This role follows a 9am–9pm schedule with weekend shifts, and includes training, coaching, and opportunity to grow. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we provide tools and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and help them choose among devices and services.
• Be part of the community by participating in events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility helps you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; we provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
