Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Prosper, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative sales approach, helping them choose devices and services.

You will participate in community events, process online orders, and occasionally make outbound calls to current and potential customers, with a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends. Training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• If you lack sales experience, we provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
