  1. Sales Floor: Use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
  2. Community Engagement: Participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  3. Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly schedules available two weeks in advance.
  4. Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced setting; staying flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
  5. Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.
