Boll and Branch is looking for a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant (sales associate & keyholder) to join our growing retail team.

The Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales through conversion of existing traffic and fostering repeat business through clienteling. A successful candidate will have exceptional verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. They will ensure high visual presentation and housekeeping standards are maintained and operate in accordance with the company’s operational guidelines, adhering to all loss prevention procedures. This position is located in Highland Village in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities Include

1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
2. Create an inclusive customer experience, develop customer loyalty, and cultivate repeat business.
3. Become an expert in all Boll & Branch products.
4. Create elevated experiences through in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations.
5. Assist clients with designing their space based on sleeping habits and style preferences.
6. Maintain store presentation to ensure a customer-ready environment at all times.
7. Perform daily paperwork reconciliation and operational tasks.
8. Protect store assets and inventory.
9. Operate with integrity and be an ambassador for company values.
10. Follow store procedures and contribute to store results.
11. Perform in-home installations and make additional sales recommendations.
12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
13. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Minimum one year in retail sales or comparable industry experience.
2. Knowledge of retail math and cash management.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Positive attitude and customer engagement skills.
5. Proficient with office and retail equipment.
6. Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite, Word, and Excel.
7. Ability to stand long periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders.
8. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
