Job summary

Prime Communications is recruiting for a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This role offers a clear path to leadership with the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S.

You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, hit sales goals, and earn commission while supporting store operations and building community relationships. Training and advancement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
