AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant in Cordova, TN. You will engage customers with personalized sales expertise, meet sales targets, and earn commission through AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities include guiding customers with a consultative approach, handling events and online orders, and assisting with inventory and store readiness. Flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) are required and you may lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and close sales.
• Assist with events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Support store opening/closing procedures and inventory maintenance.
