Job summary

AT&T in Lufkin, Texas is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with our latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide options and build lasting relationships on the sales floor.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with scheduling flexibility and opportunities to participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers. Training is provided if you’re new to sales, and earnings include uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• If you have no sales experience, AT&T will provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends (9am–9pm).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Engage with the community through events and handle online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions.
