Job Description:

We're offering a specific $3,000 Sign On Bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2000 at 1 year of service) for external candidates, including this location. (Internal employees are not eligible).

Create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise. Meeting sales targets and earning commissions is supported by AT&T's full suite of products — the latest devices and personalized services that connect friends, families, and communities.

What to expect:

  • Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options with your drive and passion for helping people.
  • Engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment by staying flexible and open to change, keeping current with evolving technology and customer needs.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $52,000 and $63,000, including hourly wages and uncapped commissions for top performers. Starting salary within this range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
