AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in San Ramon, CA. You’ll be on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through options and leverage AT&T’s latest devices and services to meet their needs.

You’ll work 9am–9pm, weekends included, with 40 hours weekly and uncapped commissions. The role includes events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers, with paid training to help you achieve targets.

Qualificações

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be coached to meet sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options and features.
• Engage in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly.
