Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Lynnwood, WA. You will engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guide them through options, and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role emphasizes flexibility to work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with training provided for those without prior sales experience. Expect competitive compensation with commissions and strong benefits.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $58,857 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
