Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Spearfish, SD. You’ll engage customers with personalized sales expertise, helping them choose devices and services while meeting sales targets.

You’ll work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and potential commission that can boost earnings beyond hourly pay. Training and coaching are provided, and benefits are offered.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.25 - $20.82 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
