Job summary

Prime Communications in Seneca, SC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless products, devices, and entertainment solutions. You’ll deliver an exceptional in-store experience and work with a motivated team to meet busy sales goals.

This role offers base pay plus a commission plan ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year) and opportunities for training, growth, and career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
