Job summary

Victory Solution Enterprises is recruiting for a mobile retail sales role focused on wireless products, accessories and services. You will work in our retail locations, driving sales and customer satisfaction while representing major carrier offerings.

Training includes product knowledge and sales techniques, with in-house programs and ongoing promotions. This is a full-time position with a performance-driven culture and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Prior sales or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within our Mobile retail locations on various Wireless products, accessories and services to customers * Engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates
• Participating in in-store promotions, and coordinating with appropriate personnel
• Participating in wireless sales events in our retailers locations.

Training

• Maintaining sound knowledge of multiple carriers wireless products and services
• Attending requested training sessions and conference calls
• Reviewing new product and service offering

• Establishing and managing critical relationships
• Developing and managing positive business relationships with retail store management and employees
