Job summary

AT&T in Saint Roberts, Missouri is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach, helping them choose the right devices and plans while delivering friendly, personal service.

You’ll work a 40-hour schedule, including weekends, from 9am–9pm, with monthly seniority-based scheduling in place. Expect a fast-paced environment where flexibility and customer focus drive success.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but coaching is provided to meet goals.

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $17.12 - $21.50 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
