Role Description

The Retail Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Reston, VA. This role is responsible for engaging customers in the store, identifying their wireless and technology needs, and recommending AT&T products, services, and solutions that fit those needs. Day-to-day activities include demonstrating devices and services, processing sales transactions, activating new lines, and assisting with account questions or changes. The consultant supports store merchandising and cleanliness, participates in promotions, and meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets. This role also involves building long-term customer relationships, handling customer concerns promptly, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
