AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our Hilton Head Island, SC store. You’ll engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guiding options and expanding device and service choices to match needs.

You will contribute to meeting sales goals, participate in in-store events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to potential customers. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered for external candidates and commissions are uncapped.

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product information and apply it to customer needs.

We’re offering a specific $3,000 Sign On Bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2000 at 1 year of service) for external candidates, including this location. (Internal employees are not eligible).

You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals! Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $46,400 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
