AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Madison Heights, MI. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will stay up-to-date on data/entertainment technology and work to meet and exceed sales goals, with an annual salary range including hourly pay and uncapped commissions. Starting pay may vary by geography and experience.

Customer Experience and Sales

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $47,500 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
