Job summary

AT&T in Lafayette is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative approach, helping them explore options and meet goals with uncapped commission potential.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly, with a 9am-9pm schedule including weekends. Training is provided for those new to sales, and benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $43,300 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
