Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Jonesboro, GA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers through consultative selling of devices and services on the sales floor. You’ll help customers explore options, fulfill online orders, and participate in local events to build the community.

You will work a 40-hour week with shifts between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Training is provided to help you meet goals, with top performers earning uncapped commissions and earning potential well above

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.

Our Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $16.18- $20.31 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
