Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Jackson, WY to help customers choose from our full suite of wireless products and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options and close sales while building lasting customer relationships.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $58,857 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.

AT&T reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay your bonus payments after 90-days of your first date of employment @$1500.00 and the second payment after you complete 180 days (6 months) of employment @$1500.00. Your receipt of these bonus payouts are contingent upon your agreement with the terms set forth under Agreement for Repayment of Sign On Bonus and in general, provides that you will repay the bonus if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 12 months of the first day of your employment.
