AT&T in Harvey, LA is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers choose from the full suite of AT&T products. You’ll use a consultative sales approach, build connections on the sales floor, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Candidates with retail or customer-facing sales experience are a plus; training and coaching are provided. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, with

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $43,300 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
