Job summary

AT&T in Metairie, LA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select the best devices and services with a consultative approach. You’ll work toward sales targets and earn uncapped commissions while building meaningful relationships with customers.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training provided if you lack prior retail experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $43,300 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
